1. Humans and service animals are not allowed to enter the cat's city unless given permission, unless if they are a citizen of Kittenlandia.
2. Kittens are required to have an education throughout their younger years, unless the kitten is under care of the NPSK.
3. Citizens are required to partake in at least ten hours of community service before applying to a job, unless the citizen is eligible to receive care from the NPSK.
4. Those who are under care of the NPSK are required to be given proper accommodation.
5. As stated before, all basic laws that are adapted by every country also apply to Kittenlandia.
